Carrollton, UWG and west Georgia
Carrollton is the Carroll County seat in west Georgia and home to the University of West Georgia. Adamson Square anchors downtown, and the Carrollton GreenBelt, a paved trail loop of about 18 miles, circles much of the city. The Alabama line is less than 20 miles to the west. Older homes near the square and the university sit alongside newer neighborhoods on the edges of town. From Statham the route is GA 316 and I-85 toward Atlanta, I-285 to I-20, west on I-20 past Villa Rica, then GA 113 into Carrollton, about 107 miles. Villa Rica, Bremen and Temple are the nearby towns.
Choosing a river table, resin table or live-edge top in Carrollton
Most customers ask us about one of three styles. A river table sets two live-edge slabs side by side with epoxy poured between them, clear, tinted or solid black, so the natural edges face each other like riverbanks. A resin table uses the epoxy more freely, filling the cracks, knots and voids of a single slab; many people call either one an epoxy table. A live-edge table keeps the natural edge with no resin at all.
Size, shape and base are yours to decide. Each table starts with a slab you pick at the wood gallery in Statham or from our Shop page, and a quote based on your measurements. Delivery is quoted per order; installation is quoted separately.
